Direct advice from United Security Providers is available subject to a charge. Our customer service department is available on weekdays from 8 a.m. – 12 noon and from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. on the following telephone number: +41 900 767 442. Calls are charged at CHF 3/min.

Customers with a service subscription can contact us free of charge around the clock on the hotline number specified in the service contract.
